Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

2.3. “Client” refers to a business that you refer to Stride Logistics.

3. Affiliate Program Overview

3.1. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to promote our 3PL services and refer clients to us in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined here.

4. Commission Structure

4.1. Commissions are calculated based on the revenue generated by clients referred by the Affiliate.

4.2. Commission rates may vary and will be specified by us.

4.3. We reserve the right to determine which expenses are included or excluded from commission calculations, including but not limited to expenses related to packaging materials and shipping labels, to ensure fairness and profitability.

5. Payments

5.1. Commissions earned by the Affiliate will be paid according to the terms specified on our website or as agreed upon separately.

5.2. Payouts may be subject to a minimum threshold of $100 USD, which will be communicated to the Affiliate.

5.3. Payments will be made using the payout method chosen by the Affiliate from the available options, including PayPal, Zelle, and ACH.

6. Referral Tracking

6.1. We will provide tracking mechanisms to monitor referrals accurately.

6.2. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that referrals are correctly tracked using the provided tools and methods.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

7.1. The Affiliate is responsible for promoting our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading or unethical marketing practices.

7.3. The Affiliate is responsible for any taxes associated with commissions earned through the program.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the program at our discretion, with or without cause.

8.2. The Affiliate may also terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the program.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
